Lumino Industries Makes Strong Market Debut, List at Rs 110 on NSE with 34% Premium

Mumbai, September 3, 2026: Lumino Industries Limited’s Shares listed at Rs 110 on the exchange, a premium of 34.15% to IPO price.
The scrip reached a high of Rs 118.99 on the NSE, and Rs 119 on the BSE. The scrip closed at Rs 110.39 on the BSE, and at Rs 110.32 on the NSE.
As per NSE, the total quantity traded stood at 1,783.16 lakh shares, on BSE the total Quantity stood at 159.84 lakh shares. Total Turnover (BSE+NSE) on Day 1 stood at Rs 2,199 crore.
The market capitalisation of the Company at today’s closing price stood at Rs 3,361.97 crore as per BSE, and Rs 3,386.64 crore as per NSE.
The issue received bids of 3,19,03,97,756 equity shares against the offered 6,32,05,127 equity shares, according to data available on the stock exchanges.
Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) and Retail Portion were subscribed 33.18 times and 27.7 times, respectively. Non-Institutional Investors (NII) portion was subscribed 130.8 times.
About the Company
The company is a product-driven integrated engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) player in India, with strong focus on manufacturing (Manufacturing) and supplying conductors, power cables and electrical wires and other specialised products and components to the growing power transmission and distribution industry in India. It also manufactures high-temperature low-sag (HTLS) conductors used in distribution and transmission lines in India.
The company supplies conductors, power cables and other specialised products to large EPC players such as Kalpataru Projects International Limited (formerly known as Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited), Jackson Limited, Warora Kurnool Transmission Limited, K.G.N. Electricals, WRSS XXI (A) Transco Limited, Monte Carlo Limited and R.S. Infraprojects Private Limited.
