MV Electrosystems Limited Raises ₹ 130.50 Crore from Anchor Investors

Mumbai, July 29, 2026: MV Electrosystems, which is a technology-driven company engaged in the design, development, assembly and manufacturing of electrical & power electronics equipment used in railway rolling stock, has garnered ₹ 130.50 Crore from anchor investors ahead of its initial public offering that opens for public subscription on Thursday, July 30, 2026.

 
The company informed the bourses that it allocated 30,70,587 Equity Shares at ₹ 425 per Equity Share of face value ₹ 5 each to anchor investors.
 
Some of the marquee institutions that participated in the anchor include Kotak Mutual Fund (through three different schemes), Founders Collective Fund, 360 ONE LVF Treasury Solutions Fund, 360 ONE Prime Limited, Subhkam Ventures, Shine Star Build Cap, Ashika India Select fund, Ashika Global Finance, Finavenue Growth Fund, Tattvam Aanjay Ageless AIF, VentureX Fund and Meru Investment Fund.
 
Out of the total allocation of 30,70,587 Equity Shares to the anchor investors, 12,35,118 Equity Shares were allocated to 1 (one) domestic mutual funds through 3 (three) schemes.
 
Sundae Capital Advisors Private Limited is the Book Running Lead Manager, and KFin Technologies Limited is the Registrar of the Issue.
 
IPO Details
 
MV Electrosystems Limited (“Company”) has fixed the price band of ₹ 400/- to ₹ 425/- per Equity Share of face value ₹ 5/- each for its initial public offer.
 
The Initial Public Offering (“IPO” or “Issue”) of the Company will open for subscription on Thursday, July 30, 2026 and will close on Monday, August 03, 2026.
 
Investors can bid for a minimum of 34 Equity Shares and in multiples of 34 Equity Shares thereafter.
 
Equity Shares outstanding as on date are 2,04,59,200 Equity Shares of ₹ 5 each.
 
The IPO is a complete fresh issue of Equity Shares aggregating up to ₹ 290 Crore.
