'Swasthyam' - Wellness & Fitness Awareness Golbal Conference in Pune

 Pune: Awareness about mental health and its role in every individual's life has been on the highrise. Especially after the pandemic, people have developed a greater acceptance of balancing mental and physical health.

In an attempt to bring the experts together and promote awareness about the topic in Pune, SMG in association with We are in this together, has launched 'Swasthyam' — an event aimed at spreading awareness and making mental health and wellness accessible to the people of Pune. The event will be conducted across 3 days at multiple locations i.e Ganesh Kala Krida Manch, Pune's JW Marriott Hotel, and Pandit Farm DP Road in Pune. 

The event aims to touch upon topics such as yoga, fitness, the importance of music for mental health, and much more at different locations within the city from 9th to 11th December 2022.

Swasthyam brings together eminent personnel from the health and wellness industry to conduct informative sessions with the participants. Experts such as Dr. Kumar Vishwas, Dr. Hansaji Yogendra, Sarvesh Shashi, Dr. Rajendra Barve, Yogi Shri M, Gaurang Das of ISKCON, renowned actress and health icon Shilpa Shetty, music personalities Ustad Rashid Khan and Rouhani sisters, martial arts expert Cheetah Yajnesh Shetty, sound healing expert Priyanka Patel, nutritionist Nupur Patil have joined hands with the Swasthyam Parishad to deliver a holistic experience to the participants. 

Celebrated actor Riteish Deshmukh and his wife and actress Genelia Deshmukh will also be a part of the conference on the last day to extend their support towards the initiative. 

Through Swasthyam Parishad SMG and We Are in This Together bring a global festival that highlights the importance of mental and physical wellness.
