Marathon Group launches 2nd phase of Kalyan-Shil township - Nextown

Marathon Group, one of Mumbai’s leading developers and pioneers of township projects in fast growing parts of MMR, has announced the launch of the much-awaited Phase 2 of their successful township project in Kalyan-Shil - Nextown.

Nextown phase 2 will have 8 new towers with a potential of 1500+ affordable homes being developed in the coming years. The tower being launched first is called Pearl.
