Gold’s Gym celebrates Fitness “Fit-Mast-Fest” at MMRDA

 

After gifting people with “The Gym Song” on the occasion of their 15 th Anniversary Celebration. The Brand further to their motto of creating a “Fitter India” had organized an event “Fit-Mast- Fest” multi fitness activities platform filled with fun & awareness. Gold’s Gym India since its inception in 2002 has taken an oath to spread Fitness to every nook and corner of India #MakingIndiaFit.



The “Fit-Mast- Fest” as the name suggest, was a festival of a plethora of fitness activities with elements of thrill and excitement in it. This festival created a new highpoint for fitness lovers as Gold’s Gym’s specialists made all present enjoy circuit training and functional exercises. The fest had three levels i.e. Beginners, Intermediary and Advanced level of zones comprising activities from sack race to burpees to battle rope to farmers walk. A special warm up zone with Zumba Trainers was also created.
