Kusumgar Limited's IPO Receives Overwhelming Investor Response, Subscribed 128.85 Times on the Final Day

Mumbai, July 10, 2026: The Initial Public Offering of Kusumgar Limited was subscribed 128.85 times on the final day of bidding.

The issue received bids of 1,47,76,09,490 equity shares against the offered 1,14,68,094 equity shares, according to data available on the stock exchanges.

Qualified Institutional Investors (QIB) portion and Non-Institutional Portion were subscribed 284.1 times and 165.46 times, respectively. The Retail Portion was subscribed 26.47 times, while the Employee Reserved Quota was subscribed 10.48 times on the final day of bidding.

Kusumgar Limited attracted strong institutional interest, raising Rs 193.9 crore from anchor investors. The anchor book was backed by marquee global and domestic institutions, including Blackstone Global Funds – India Fund, Goldman Sachs Funds – Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company, and leading mutual fund schemes such as SBI Comma Fund, ICICI Prudential ELSS Tax Saver Fund, Tata Flexi Cap Fund, and Mirae Asset Infrastructure Fund.

IPO Details

The IPO is an offer-for-sale (OFS) for up to Rs 650 crore.

Axis Capital Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited are the book running lead managers, and Bigshare Services Private Limited is the registrar of the offer.

The equity shares are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE.

About the Company 

The company is a manufacturer of woven, coated and laminated synthetic fabrics, referred to as engineered fabrics. The company offers engineered fabrics and solutions focusing on polyamides and polyester filaments and polyurethane chemistry that cater to the high-performance requirements of its customers.
