Parijat Industries India Ltd New Delhi-based agrochemical company, Parijat Industries (India) has received final approval from the capital markets regulator, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its initial public offering (IPO). The Company had filed its IPO papers with Sebi on September 25, 2025. The offer, with a face value of Rs 5, consists of a fresh issue up to Rs 160 crore and an offer-for-sale of 20,370,680 equity shares by promoter – Keshav Anand, Sharat Anand, Vikram Anand, Harshi Anand, Sanya Anand, Viraj Anand. Mumbai based Bombay Coated & Special Steels Limited has refiled its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the capital markets regulator, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise Rs 191 crore through Initial Public Offering (IPO).
