Sterling and Wilson appoints Raghu Menon as CEO, CoGen Business

Mumbai, May 28, 2020: Sterling and Wilson Pvt Ltd, India’s leading EPC company and part of Shapoorji Pallonji Group, announces the appointment of Mr. Raghu Menon as the Chief Executive Officer of its CoGen Business. He will be responsible for business development, market growth and the P&L for the business.  Mr. Menon has been with the company as a COO since 2018.

Commenting on his appointment as the CEO, Mr. Raghu Menon said, “I am glad for the role given to me to lead the business, and I will endeavor to drive the company’s vision of power generation through efficient technologies and customized solutions. We will work as a cohesive and collaborative team with the sole aim of delivering solutions that are customer centric and lead to customer delight.”

As a COO, Mr. Menon was responsible for Ontime Performance, Quality Supply, HSE Implementation, P&L support with top and bottom-line achievements of the CoGen Business. Mr. Menon has more than two decades of experience across industrial products and turnkey solutions, having played CXO roles in Oil & Gas and Power Generation companies. He has worked with Global MNCs at the P&L role and in various functions of technology, M&A, business development, product development, overseas market penetration, vendor development, and operations management.     
Mr. Menon is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University and holds a Diploma in Marketing Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai.
