Mumbai, 24 April 2025 :  In a significant step towards advancing cancer care for men in India, the Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) has officially launched   MenCan , a dedicated initiative by the Urologic Oncology Disease Management Group (URO DMG). This nonprofit, non-commercial initiative is focused on addressing prostate, penile, and testicular cancers—three types of male cancers that are seeing a rising incidence across the country. Speaking about the initiative, Dr. Vedang Murthy, Professor of Radiation Oncology at TMC, said, “The MenCan initiative represents a vital step in raising awareness and enhancing care for male cancers.
