Overwhelming response on the 2nd day of CREDAI-MCHI India’s largest property expo with over INR 73 crore inventory and 98000 sq. ft. area sold with 13963 footfalls and 155 e-registrations

Mumbai…January 27, 2024… The 31st edition of CREDAI-MCHI Property Expo has maintained its triumphant momentum, drawing an exceptional response from homebuyers since its inauguration on January 26th. Witnessing a remarkable footfall of over 13963 people on its second day, the expo anticipates an even greater turnout on its final day. Noteworthy achievements include the sale of over INR 73 crore worth on day one of the expo and the completion of 155 e-registrations.


Renowned developers such as Piramal Realty, Adani Realty, and Dosti Realty, among others, have actively participated in showcasing over 1000 residential and commercial properties. The expo also facilitates interactions with 12 major banks and presents more than 25 home loan options to prospective buyers. Hosted at the prestigious Jio World Convention Centre in BKC, Mumbai, the expo, organized by CREDAI-MCHI, the apex body of the real estate industry in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), is scheduled from January 26th to 28th, 2024, from 10:30 am to 8:00 pm.


Mr. Domnic Romell, President of CREDAI-MCHI, expressed his enthusiasm about the remarkable response from homebuyers, stating, "We are thrilled by the overwhelming turnout of homebuyers at the expo. We are excited about the sale of around 75 inventory worth INR 73 crore, and the completion of 155 e-registrations. Attendees can explore digitally smart homes with discounts of up to 9 lakhs, accompanied by complimentary furniture. Additionally, flexible payment options are available to ease the burden of EMIs, thereby enhancing accessibility to homeownership. With approximately 500 residential and 100 commercial projects showcased, this expo presents a golden opportunity for prospective buyers."
