Approximately 200 million Persons with Disability (PwDs) live in India—yet, we don't see them around us due to several social and attitudinal barriers. Additionally, less than 1 percent of PwDs are employed by companies in India–and these numbers have barely risen in the last 10 years. Ganesh Kelagina Beedu Shenoy who is from Mangalore, Karnataka has entered the prestigious India book of Records for his artwork “Maximum miniature paintings on a single A4 sized sheet”.  He created 1029 miniature paintings, with 775 miniature paintings sized 1cm × 0.5cm and remaining 254 paintings sized 1cm ×1cm, drawn on a single A4 paper card using color pencils and acrylic colors. He is the son of veteran artist and Lalit Kala Academy award winner Late K.Pundalik Shenoy. His mother Late Padmini Shenoy was also a noted artist. Right from his childhood he is interested in painting and has secured many prizes / recognitions.
