Master Chef finalist Geetha Sridhar shares Secret Indian Recipe - Kothamalli Sadam at Lake View Cafe ( Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel )

The Sun was shining bright and hitting fright on 15th May, but as soon as I entered the Greenilicious environs of Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel I encountered the paradise. I loved the cool visual treat of the multi-headed fountain sprinkling water abundantly and the crystal clear swimming pool full of kids.

I went inside the plush lobby of Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel and was warmly greeted by Master Chef finalist Geetha Sridhar wearing a Chef's crown , apron and her trademark pearly white, dimpled smile, at the very entrance of Lake View Cafe.

The famous web portal Secret Indian Recipe received hundreds of traditional, delicious entries from various regions of India as a part of #RHomeSecrets. Geetha Sridhar was selected as the winner and felicitated as the HomeChef at Renaissance Mumbai for her specialty- South Indian- culinary art & craft.

Unity in diversity has always been India's forte. Our Indian traditions, cultures, languages  and food are may be diverse but it unites us with it's universally appealing tastes. Just like the Precious Jewelry, the mothers gift ( train / pass over ) the unique recipes to their daughters. The famous Web-portal  http://secretindianrecipe.com is acquiring these precious jewels of Secret Indian Recipes through #RHomeChefs and sharing them with all who are connoisseurs of traditional Indian cooking.

The chosen #RHomeChef of the week was Master Chef Finalist as well as Social Media Queen Geetha Sridhar, who presented her drool-worthy South Indian  recipe Kothamalli Sadam or coriander rice through the Secret Indian Recipe resident program with Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel at Lake view Cafe. The diners loved Geetha Sridhar's special Kothamalli Sadam and praised her lavishly.
